Coaching experience: In my second year coaching IWVSC – Assistant coach U10 division. 5 years coaching recreational city soccer ages 5-8.
Coaching philosophy: My goal is to make sure everyone is having fun while learning and improving on new skills. If a player is not having fun while learning at the same time, they won’t last. I am big on sportsmanship and making sure the team mentality is a priority, there is no I in team.

Soccer playing experience: AYSO in grade school through early teen, college intramural, US Navy rec soccer, lots of indoor experience.

Coaching philosophy: For the younger players: listening skills, good behavior to coach and others, and basic game of soccer understanding (positioning and footwork).

Coaching Philosophy: The most important thing, for me, coaching young players is to develop their passion for the game by teaching the technical and tactical fundamentals.

Soccer playing experience: Been playing since I was 6. U-10 – 18 Select and Premier. 4 years high school varsity, 1 year post high school select/premier, Winter indoor competitive soccer during off season, 1 year Washington State University Club, intramural college and Navy outdoor soccer; took 16 year hiatus until had 3 boys who love soccer.
Coaching experience: 1 year City Soccer Div 2, 2019 IWVSC U-10 5 aside, Currently IWVSC U-12
Coaching philosophy: My philosophy is to help teach players fundamentals of soccer along with respect (team mates & coaches), dedication, team work, work ethic, sportsmanship/competition and enhancing athletic abilities while building their character to become positive members of society.
